  1. if it gets up to +200/250 profits
well, I guess I will be taking profits even though its before the Jackson Hole Conference in late Aug

anyway, did anyone follow my trade? It was money in the pocket to begin with......

probabaly the best medium term trade Ive ever taken

  2. looks like it has drifted back to a consolidation- which was to be expected as it went from 1550 or so to 1709 pretty much in a straight line

so. the breakout above 1700 was a head fake and between now and aug 28/9 we may have another one- if another breakout happens it should be the real deal

current position is +about 140 points
I will be holding until Aug 28/9 or I will cash out once profits of 200+ are achieved

  5. off to a good start- up about 7% points as we speak

if it gets to 50+ before Nov 20 I will close it, not going to let a big winner turn into a so so winner like last time

  6. 2 scenarios and I will close the trade.

    1) 30 yr yield gets to 3.25%
    2) Nov 20

price or time will dictate what I do next

  7. 17 trading days left and the trade looks mighty good

3.86 when I opened and now we are around 3.60
26 percentage points in the bag and looking for a break below 3.50

no drawdown in this one either by the way

  8. the position will be closed out this Wed at 3PM EST

right now its up about a point- no loss, no drawdown

long term SPX target of 2000 mentioned months ago is still intact- so buy the dips/pullbacks on that one...

someone asked me in a PM if the SPX 2000 long term target trade is still on.....

have I renounced the trade or posted otherwise?
last thing I said was 'buy the dips' 'long term target of 2000'

if I dont post about something I mentioned before nothing has changed. so the answer is 'yes' the SPX 2000 target is still intact and should be reached before summer.
