Just completed phase 1 development (beta) of our free stock screener - enabling traders to combine BOTH fundamental screening rules (capturing deep value stocks based on value/growth metrics such as Price/Sales, Price/EBIT, Price/Free-Cash-Flow, Sales Growth, Margin Growth, ROE, ROIC, etc.) and decisive "intraday" technical timing indicators...

The goal is to connect fundamentals (knowing "what" to trade) with decisive technical/price/volume indicators (knowing "when" to trade).

For instance, the following screen demonstrates a simple strategy idea which identifies companies with LOW Price/Free-Cash-Flow, low debts, potentially under accumulation (put another way - quality stocks "in-play") exhibiting strong accumulation/demand by trading UP on strong 125%+ average volume (ideal time to apply this strategy is in the final hour before the close)...

    Rules Entered (Filters):
    Sector: Any (Excluding Financials)
    Market Capitalization > $50 million
    Average Volume > 30,000 shares/day
Price Change Today > 0% (Positive)
    Volume Spike (Today's Vol / 90 Day Avg-Vol) > 125%
    Price/Free-Cash-Flow Ratio < 15
    Liabilities/Assets Ratio < 1.0

Traders can view the latest stock screener results (most up-to-date, in case you are reading this at a later date) based on the above strategy, and/or edit/customize the settings. To save, simply bookmark the URL which automatically adapts to any changed filter settings - there is no need to log in or sign up (the site is 100% free).

The free stock screener is a continual work in progress with plans to add multiple additional indicators/filters (both technical and fundamental) and an advanced charting engine, allowing users to view investing/trading ideas, and further research/analyze individual stocks.

    LMT: Lockheed Martin Corp.
    LOW: Lowe's Cos Inc.

Note: The results are ranked (by default) by Market Capitalization (highest-to-lowest). However, users can rank by any key fundamental or technical data point. For instance, re-ranking the results by highest-volume-spike results in the following top 5 stocks...

For instance, once any number of the above rules/filters are applied, the results can be viewed by "ROIC" (highest-to-lowest) to identify stocks exhibiting superior management performance (highest ROIC%). Or, for the more technically biased trader, by RSI, or Price/20MA (lowest-to-highest) to view the most technically oversold stocks (or any other sort-order data-point).

Test it out... we are presently developing in beta-phase so all feedback is encouraged and welcome, esp from active/experienced traders/investors on this forum...
