SPY vs VOO vs IVV

  1. Any reason for one over the others to hold long term?

SPY seems to be the one talked about more than the others but VOO has well over double the amount of net assets than SPY?

expense ratios: IVV 0.03% VOO 0.04% SPY 0.09%
YTD return: IVV 7.92% VOO 7.94% SPY 7.90%
    Yield: IVV 1.37% VOO 1.39% SPY 1.34%

SPY is more liquid, especially the options (if that matters to you). Morningstar shows the expense ratio as 0.03% for both IVV and VOO. If you're going to hold long term and not trade, go with IVV or VOO for the lower expense ratio. If you're a trader, go with SPY for smaller spreads and liquidity.

SPY=liquidity leader+ some times beats VOO- %. but very little difference.
Especially since for ''realized gain'' have to buy + sell it . Your numbers dont reflect real buys +sellin' but that's ok, normal measure.
I mainly do SPY, all my charts are SPY+ i have enough change in markets LOL
More logical price SPY-S&P 500, but VOO has a bit lower manage fee. So either one is fine .
