  2. Thank you.

I understand it is quite some work.

And it is (was) an advantage ET has over other forums.

May I ask for another rollback?

It's quite helpful to see with one glance if a user who is posting something is a newbie (so potential spammer, troll or just lacking experience).
Would it be possible to show again some hint behind the user's name - something like date when joined ET, number of postings or so?

  3. Sorry to bring this up again but I see no change.

For me using ET without this feature is inefficient.
Therefore I didn't look into the new posts/threads page for quite some time now.

You can switch over to the Classic color scheme view by clicking on the word "Modern" at the bottom left of the page and then choosing "Classic". It's still a work in progress but it should tone down the brightness quite a bit.

  5. Thank you for the reply.

Tried this for several days now.
    Sorry, can't see any effect.
The triangles look all the same for my eye.

What do you mean by "triangles"? A screen shot would be helpful too.

I know each screen dimension on mobile devices cause you innumerable headaches, but chrome on the Android works just fine now. I am on an S5 and it looks pretty good.

I don't miss the old format and I liked it a lot. The new forum features are excellent. The best feature of the old was the home page showing the "top threads" without updating whether you'd visited one of those threads. IMO, that should be prominent on the home page, with a link to forums and "recent threads"

You lose none of the functionality while keeping some of the old.

The old style home page is being developed as I type this.
