Not aggressive towards humans, in their wild/natural habitat (the whales, that is, that we know of, anyway).
Have fun swimming with them in the wild! (You'd have to do such to prove you believe that crap.. I doubt you do.)
Plenty of videos of humans swimming around orcas, and no record of human being attacked intentionally by orcas in the wild. When a orca in captivity attacks a human, like those jumping for a show and fed a small fish... It's all good and deserved.
