Can you cut it for heavens sake? This is an anonymous forum where nobody cares. Stay out of threads you don't like and participate in those you like. Simple as that. And let the mods do their job. Snitches are worse than villains. It's outright annoying to see policemen like you run around and point fingers at everyone.

If that was the case then why booting marketsurfer off the site? He brought in a lot of good "business". I am not interested in delving into this, I just find this constant infighting and bickering and finger pointing a testimony of what life losers usually do, individuals who are depressed, mostly unemployed, and bitter. It's not that this is a board where posters stand behind their content with their name, address, and CV. Why not taking ET for what it is, a FUN place to hang out. It's not fun to be surrounded by bitter people.
Durf was/is a cancer to the site. He drove many people away, those that stayed prefer he never returned in any incarnation. He didn't bring any good "business" to the site, he only used it to promote himself, his bloggings, pbhfa, attempt to monetize "Price Drivers" newsletter service etc... He was out to make a buck and feed his need for constant attention. I agree about it not enjoyable being surrounded by bitter people, that goes also for Durf's incessant campaign's against PA, stealth marketing, injecting his opinion and hi-jacking other people's threads with his numerous multi-alias nicks. He has had numerous people's usernames banned over the years, what comes around goes around... So, this backlash is resultant to his behavior. Members bringing to the administration's attention, that another Surf Alias has appeared. He isn't welcome here, not by the majority of the members AND not by the administration. Personally, I would enjoy a civil forum where people could interact intelligently and civilly, unfortunately ET isn't this place... There still remain a few decent people, and the ignore function is a god sent using this site... But trying to keep up with Durf alias's is like herding cats... so people have rallied together in a consorted effort to help rid the site of the vile and pestilence. Some members are a bit more "enthusiastic" than others... which is easily resolved with the ignore feature...
and why is all of that your business? You can use this site for free, you and everybody else do not pay a cent. Why not leaving the site management to the owner? If you do not like the site you can leave, and if you like it you can stay. Why wasting time on men hunts? Just offering some food for thought, not judging your rational in any way...
Just trying to make a better world.... ET is one of the sites I visit to stave off boredom during the slow periods of the day. Durf had my previous nick banned for "disagreeing" with him on the Surf Report, when the Surf Report was treated like an entitled child. So, yes I make it my business to help reduce the inflow into the cesspool. Why does this offend you? This thread does not impact any other members threads. It eliminates the need for Troll wars in otherwise civil discussions. You seem to be an intelligent and educated individual, and for a newly created user, quite prolific in your posting. Have you been wrongly cast out? You are much too intelligent to be Marketsurfer, so I rule that out as a reason... Were you previously the member Volpunter? If so, kudo's for being so civil this time around. It doesn't really matter, I don't find any of your post's offensive, most are quite contributive. But, you asked why this is my business... Bottom line, if no one speaks out, no change will be made...
Fair points thanks for explaining. I was just curious why you seem to waste your precious time on others. Whether it's your payback to marketsurfer as you described or an honest intend to up the quality of this site is left to your own rational which I respect
