My guess is they can do that because they subscribe to signal providers.

It was possible once. HFT is even struggling to do this profitbly now. No way are DIY day traders still doing this consistently.

obvious, meant every tick collected than demonstrated 10 sec interval

 

Is there a photo of him sitting in one of these seats ? You shouldn't buy stuff so easily or you could end up out of pocket.
