Just checked, the front spread is currently requiring $7,574 initial and $6,059 maintenance margin through IB. Granted the exchange requirement went up significantly, but still IB is significantly more. Oh well. It is still probably better than a lot of other options out there. Hopefully I can move to Advantage or one of the others in another year or two once I can justify the platform fees and everything. I looked at them originally, but decided I would be better off starting with IB more than likely.
