I am so concerned about this that I have vowed I would never eat Quinoa. Ever. I am willing to make that sacrifice if it saves just one Peruvian from missing a meal. I will suffer with my meager rations of London Broil, Standing rib roasts, Filet Mingion and the occasional hamburger.
