We have done everything needing to be done, and then some. We continue to make the necessary changes. We do all this while leftists completely ignore China, India, Russia and Brazil. If there is anything that is breathtakingly stupid it is thinking that the United States can do this all by itself. The FACT, the absolute FACT is that we could park every car, shutdown every steel mill, throttle every refinery, basically just turn out the lights and unless China, Russia, India and Brazil curb their pollution your trends will continue to rise. One can conclude from that OBVIOUS FACT that China, Russia, India and Brazil are the root cause of the problem in the 21st century. It ain't 1960 anymore.
