Thanks kut, interesting article and seems like you were spot on with him. I guess the part that confuses me is why. I totally get the mainstream media didn't want to touch these stories. They were hard to confirm, there is always the possiblity of a shakedown, plus no lib wanted to criticize one of the country's most revered black role models. But surely someone in his position could have had women for the asking. He didn't have to drug them. In hollywood, seriously? An escort service, ala Charley Sheen, would have been cheaper in the long run. It's hard to believe he didn't have women throwing themselves at him anyway. Was there something about drugging them and violating them that excited him? Whatever, he's finished.
Apparently "I was raped by Bill Cosby" has replaced the ice bucket challenge in America. Everyone is playing.
I saw two women (one of them a former movie actress) with claims so outlandish, it's impossible to take them seriously. But the vast majority of them are of a type and if even only one of them is true, that's still one too many.
Which is strange given the fact that both Lou Gherig's disease, and roofies achieve the same outcome. (I realise im going to hell for this one.)
Recall the Brian Banks false rape accusation case. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brian_Banks_(American_football)
Banks, who was clearly innocent, had 1 person accuse him, Cosby has now had two dozen, and he has settled more than 1 case out of court. To imply that Cosby is as innocent as banks, would be the same naievte that Michael Jackson supporters showed.
