I doubt any alien has met another alien anywhere in universe for same reasons stated above. (unless very fortunate to live in a hospitable solar system). As well, LIFE has not had enough time to foster much beyond where we are now. Oh, yes there is life out there but IT hasn't solved the extraordinary difficulty of extreme distance.
