Cap'n, your reply here shows inaccurate and funny are not mutually exclusive.

Isn't it always that way with the right? The argument is over. It's settled! No need for any further debate. No more questions allowed. Plug in whatever topic you like. Everything is settled far as the right is concerned. The right is absolutely terrified of any debate. The next question sends a chill up their spine. It's the next question that just might blow their pet theory right out of the water. Can't have that, now can we?

The right is cut from the same cloth as the radical Islamist. Unquestioning obedience is the only acceptable behavior. Zealots are like that. And they call themselves the party of intellectuals. If that self proclamation wasn't so horribly inaccurate, it would be hysterically funny.

The left isn't going to like Islam. They may have actually figured that out.

The price of freedom is vigilance.
Now they are coming for the taxpayer and the businesses not owned by cronies...

First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Socialist.

Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Trade Unionist.

Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Jew.

Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

  5. Pretty sure the Koch bros want a slowly escalating carbon tax even though of course that would be pure socialism and would turn the US into a completely socialist state. With zombies and illegal aliens. They also know that for now we need to leave much of the fossil fuels in the ground. And they worry about future generations and don't really care about profit.

Just check their Cato Institute. Pretty sure they say that.

That's pretty much the libertarian credo: me, me, me, and the hell with everybody else.

  8. And many of them think they are Christians. Libertarianism is a step backward to a more savage past.

what a bunch of big govt loving drone trolls.
its not just libertarian... is classical liberal..
and its not me me me...its concern for the future.
    We know govt corrupts.. .
its trying to keep this country great for our children and out of the hands of fascists the cronies and the idiots who think they are doing good by stealing freedom.

there is nothing more moral about big govt.
and non one has ever said it better than this.
