We are facing a real possibility that Hillary Clinton will win the Presidency and appoint Obama to replace Scalia. The fact that it is even a possibility should have every America spooked.

I'd be very surprised if Obama didn't nominate someone within a few weeks.

Nominated someone is one thing, getting them through the Senate is another. I guess we will see if they have any balls.

  4. It never ceases to amaze me how lucky those democrats are. Scalia saved Obama. The whole lame duck is now SCOTUS. Good to finally get healthcare, immigration and the economy off their backs.

  6. The REAL "American nightmare"... is Odumbo.. and his (1) "open southern border", (2) virtually handing nuclear weapons to the Iranians, and (3) FORCED Islamification of our country.

These are are SERIOUS TO THE MAX issues, and Odumbo will go down in history as the president who did the most to damage America! (Even WORSE THAN HITLER DID TO GERMANY!!)

Bad as Obamacare is, it's not even the top worst.

Odumbo spent 20 years in Rev. Wright's church.. where he constantly heard, not "God bless America, but rather GOD DAMN AMERICA". Odumbo took that to heart. Had he not been an Affirmative Action, half-black... where the populace was "cattle-prodded by white guilt to demonstrate how not-racist we are", we'd never have heard from his sorry ass.

And "we the people" are all the worse off for it. Intstead... we are paying the price of "white guilt" by the "RUINATION OF OUR COUNTRY!!"

    :(

Wow, Scalia's chair is not even cold and you're worried about your political outcome. What a scrote.

I wouldn't worry about this. We've had one former President appointed in the past, but it is a very, very bad idea. Obama's made it clear he is not interested in an appointment to the Court. She is doing all she can to flatter him. She obviously wants his support, as do both Democrat candidates.

Wow. Talk about overdramatizing and overvaluing the Presidency.
Not a fan of Obama but this is a helluva stretch.
Hate the guy but he's not Hitler.
