ES is manipulated?

    They really didn't, Viktor. Nothing there says that it's set to the S&P. I think perhaps we're debating no more than a semantic point, but that really isn't what "set to" means. The Ecuadorian dollar is "set to" parity with the US dollar, but the ES really isn't "set to" the S&P: it's an independent market. Price moves in the S&P are caused by imbalances between buying pressure and selling pressure in the S&P; price moves in ES are caused by imbalances between buying pressure and selling pressure in ES. This is simply factual.
