I suspect many posters, who have come and gone, just lost interest. Or, perhaps they cracked it, and they are all now making tons of money.
Some people can sense a scam, and some can't. The OP hooked a few posters in and came back recently with a new account to start the charade again. Apparently, posting riddles and poems and speaking about mysterious themes gets people chasing some dream solution to trading, when there is none. Not sure what you think can get "cracked", it's all dressed up bs.
NE, I don't agree with you, the OP said many times that there are no experts in trading, I think this is a pretty clear message if you want to listen... Also, I have found this thread very useful, first of all because it pointed me to think for myself instead of looking for "how to trade" in books. finally, Many of the things said by the OPs even some of the riddles now make sense to me as I figured things out for myself with hard, hard work...
This will be my last post, as I said I would not post on ET anymore due to the way people are allowed to carry on, and I always do as i say. If you don't have principles in life, you have nothing! The reason I am posting this last post is just to let some know (especially those in the private threads) why i am not replying to posts, as it is not because I do not have an answer Those who get something from this thread, good for you, and for those who don't, good for you also J_S...RIP
Thanks for your time. I noticed three posts that were later deleted and realised they were probably the last. General semantics grabbed my interest.
Here's one person who claims to have got the "obvious". http://www.elitetrader.com/et/index...s-not-so-obvious.151802/page-362#post-3897606 http://www.elitetrader.com/et/index...s-not-so-obvious.151802/page-364#post-3897863
The market chops 80% of the times, that is, it's constantly reversing hands between the bulls and the bears. That's why you see the price go up and down, up and down when the market is rangebound. At the time of the reversal, however, the experienced bulls and the equally skilled bears with brains worth their salt will see the buying climax and the sell-off as great entries to either fade or to get long (or short) again. But, then again, is this supposed to be obvious only to this noob?
Two things are constant on this con. The riddles are never answered and the poster(s) retire from the site in short order. I find the prolonged efforts of some of you to believe kind of sad, there is no truth in this thread it's just riddles done at your expense.
