  2. MB,

Is the math you discovered behind market movement sans time simple or complex? Are you removing time or adjusting it?

In reference to producing 10 widgets vs accommodating every order, is that defined as price structure in the markets?

    Thanks for the thoughtful posts,
    BD

Unless his politics has incredibly done a complete 180, Frederick Foresight is absolutely not stock777.

I have thrown together a chart that is pretty sparse in explanation of why technical indicators seem to work better on block sized data. For 30 years I adapted math to be dynamic for varying market conditions. What I am doing now is adapting the data to accommodate the indicators. Which has now led to a pure pattern recognition type of trading coupled with good money management. I would encourage anyone who has not used non time based charts to try it at least. It does take some time to warm up to but when run side by side with traditional time stamped data it is more orderly.

Wow... now this is shocking. So first, I find that members who go around being quite rude and vulgar with their words don't actually have a posting history as long as yours, and yet your account was registered in 2001!

And second, you're actually posting something to your own website and linking it here, practically giving your identity away perhaps. Its easy for assholes to come to ET and hide behind any alias they choose, and they hardly ever probably act like this in real life, knowing of course they wouldn't get far in the real world acting like this. But for some reason, you made some pretty nasty comments and actually aren't hiding as much as others. (I'm assuming of course that you're the same guy behind markbrown.com who posted that image).

What is even more amusing is that you have a page on altruism on your website. "Giving to others to make a better world." LOL.... Maybe you thought your rude comments were in some way altruistic?? Now perhaps this is a case of mistaken identity after you quickly assumed that FF was that stocks777 guy, but still... someone with your website I would assume wouldn't talk like you on a public board.

  7. Is there a contribution there in your post or a question? I don't need what any of you have. So maybe that explains why I won't put up with Disrespect when force feeding you valuable insights.

The problem isn't time or absense of, the issue is in low volume congested price ranges, that's where most systems get killed. If someone put a gun to your head and told you to pick a time slot to trade would it be market open or lunch time?

I have the same question what you're force feeding us! LOL... I'm not wise enough to evaluate how beneficial ignoring time is to trading. But I do know that to make money, I need to have an entry and an exit. So perhaps you could show the application of what your valuable insights via a few entries and exits.
