zero calorie foods

  1. ZERO CALORIE FOODS
    Here is the list of Negative Calorie - Zero Calorie Foods:
    apple
    asparagus,
    beet,
    blueberries,
    broccoli,
    cantaloupe,
    carrot,
    cauliflower,
    celery,
    chicory,
    cranberry,
    cucumber,
    dandelion,
    endive,
    garlic,
    grapefruit,
    green bean,
    honeydew,
    hot chili peppers,
    lemon,
    lettuce,
    lime,
    mango,
    onion,
    orange,
    papaya,
    peach,
    pineapple,
    radish,
    raspberries,
    spinach,
    strawberries,
    tomato,
    tangerine,
    turnip,
    watermelon,
    zucchini.
     
  2. add some good fats:
    coconut
    avocado
    olive oil
    flaxseed oil

    cashews,
    walnuts
    almonds

    and you have a super healthy diet!

    fruits like mango, papya, peach have quite a lot of calories. they are very rich in (natural) sugars.
     
  5. When you say "zero calorie foods," do you mean they require more calories to digest than the calories contained within the foods themselves?

  10. Those have so little calories that's almost true:)
