Indians and Nigerians, eh? LOL. But culture and genetics (and therefore presumably race/national origin) do play a huge role. "Inferior" is a big label - easy to pick a set of metrics to make an explosive claim to sell a pile of books to weak minds, convincing the inferior that they really are superior. Actually, kind of evil if you think about it.
