As a general request to all members, when you are linking to an external news story like the one above, please copy and paste the first paragraph of the story and then include the link for the full story. When you do it this way, it gives other members an idea of what the story is about before they decide to spend their time reading further. Also, I've noticed that the number of replies increases quite a bit when the first paragraph is included.
