    is it trying to reach $7 again?
    it was $7 three years ago

    record high price was $184 about 11 years ago.

    Yeah. No. Agent Orange announced steel tariffs on/around March 1, 2018 -- THE SAME WEEK THAT U.S. STEEL TURNED DOWN.
