World's happiest (and unhappiest) countries — Where's the U.S.?

1. Can I be truly happy in an unhappy country?
2. What if I am an unhappy person in the happiest country?

 

Isn't #2 definition of a personal problem?

 

personally I'd rank US #1 on the misery index, one of the only countries where the people have everything and still complain like they have nothing

 

Currency Trading and Intermarket Analysis by Ashraf Laidi is quite a good book, imo,

 

Would reading that book make me really happy?
