Well, they need some new blood for sure, both the progressives in general and the labor unions. But they got a little problem which Ms. Anti-Trump there is struggling with. And that is that a lot of their membership is pro-Trump. Maybe not among her flight attendant workers but in unions in general. So she wants to bring labor together again by continuing to divide them even more by being even more aggressively anti-Trump? If she can do that then she will deserve the big buck she will get as a union leader. She has a ballsy history of just calling for widespread strikes against the government, which is getting her some good lefty press. That worked against Reagan too, until suddenly it didn't and blew up and labor unions lost a major battle and it set them back for decades and they have not recovered yet. She needs to be careful in her attempt to be "then next Cezar Chavez" as her cheerleaders put it. As the dem candidates are finding out, some of that ultra-lefty stuff can suddenly go. womp...womp...wompy instantly and it- inadvertently- turns into a campaign to re-elect Trump.
