I know UGAZ/DGAZ is 3x leveraged ETN of /NG, but I can increase leverage of /NG itself. Why people prefer trading UGAZ/DGAZ instead of /NG? In the U.S., day trading of ETF/ETN requires over $25K account, so I don't understand its popularity...... better cost-efficiency? stronger momentum? easier price action?
For some, it is a simple matter of accessibility. Example: anyone who has their money with Vanguard, and therefore have no access to futures products.
Thus far (It's only 10:10 am CT) the Natural Gas futures has had a $480 trading range. Question is if you can find a futures broker that will let you day trade the CME/Nymex HHNG one lot futures using an account capitalized with less than $25K.
