Marked man? By Josh Levs and Ben Brumfield, CNN updated 1:10 PM EDT, Sun July 14, 2013 Meanwhile, the Martin family could file a civil lawsuit against Zimmerman, seeking damages. The suit would claim wrongful death -- which is easier to prove than murder or manslaughter. And the Rev. Al Sharpton said the acquittal was "only the first round in the pursuit of justice." NAACP President Ben Jealous expects legal action will proceed on both fronts. "There will be a civil phase almost assuredly, and then there will be a federal civil rights phase," he told CNN's "State of the Union" on Sunday. http://www.cnn.com/2013/07/14/justice/zimmerman-what-next/index.html?hpt=hp_t1 They are going to try and bankrupt him and make his life a living hell. I think he should just leave the country and start a new life in Peru, Argentina or somewhere else.
I'd like to turn to philanthropy and start a fund to give people that are skewered by the race industry, the MSM or the FBI or HS or Boorish Judges, whatever, a fantastic life complete with their own reality show. The Zimm could give interviews sipping drinks while being tended to by servants. I'd arrange it so he could slip off to Uruguay because of all the stress brought to him by the ordeal brought on by the Left and the Race Industry. Then I'd get him asylum. After that the reality shows' next season would be "The Zimm: Uruguay" and could include some jungle adventure. If the rest of the lawsuits and federal shit and all that shit causes big judgements against the Zimm I wouldn't fund paying it off though, they can go get their money from the taxpayers like everybody else.
A good defense, is a good offense. Private investigators can be hired to go after race baiters like Sharpton, Jackson, the entire crew at MSNBC. Expose these slimeballs for who they really are, and they lose credibility. Game over.
Won't they be surprised when they realize Zimmerman has no money to recover. They've already gotten their HOA settlement, so there are no more deep pockets to sue. You don't bring a civil suit when there is no way to recover a monetary award. Even if they did win a suit in anticipation of a movie deal or something, Zimmerman can just declare bankruptcy right after the judgment and the results of the suit vanishes. These are just the racist ramblings of some ignorant black men. And, if the DOJ brings a civil rights case after Zimmerman was exonerated of even manslaughter, the outrage will reach all the way to the Presidency.
I'm sure you had no problem with the OJ Simpson civil trial, why whine about this one? Oh yeah, the racial makeup is completely different. Nevermind.
I dont know...Zimmerman was out on $1,000,000 bond. After he was found not guilty, the judge said "The bond will be released back to you now." So he is getting $100k right off the bat.
Someone may have put that up for him. And, someone has to pay his attorneys. I don't think it was all pro bono. If you recall he had something like $200K from donations and had burnt through much of that a year or so ago. And, he's never going to be able to work at a traditional job. http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/3025068/posts http://www.gzdefensefund.com/donate/
That's a fact! He'll NEVER be able to work a typical job out in the public. For one, he would be a target and we all know it. The guy's life has been turned upside down. He'll probably have to move to Montana and hide in a remote cabin.
You guys are a joke. Zimmerman will be accepted with open arms into the Sanford PD where he'll be able to hassle Blacks "legally".
