I have Sygate fw so I can ping via one of its logs - which broker are you using ? - isn't there ping sw
fluttrader, don't actually know much about the subject, but wouldn't the route keep changing, or each time a trace is done I used the Sygate Tracking Log to trace ET, about 700ms, it's just a matter of clicking on the entry, either a name or address then Backtrace and WhoIs if wanted think most firewall would have a Ping/Trace utility otherwise google: software to ping isp free http://www.filedudes.com/files/Ping_Isp_Logoff.html plus there's various realtime monitoring sw
What IP I have to ping in order to check my connection with Zen-Fire feed ? Clearly I need a pingable IP, i.e. a Zen-Fire proxy IP. My broker is Proactive many thanks in advance
