True, you'll have to read in between the lines if you wish to infer eg "In 2005, he sold a house adjacent to the Emerald Bay home now on the market."
This house is not that impressive. You are all blocked by houses left and right of you. I mean the neighbours can basically reach into your window. And plus, you hardly see any ocean except from a tiny crack through your window.
I like the other houses that's right in front of the beach better. $11 million is WAY overpriced!
He used to own the home next door to, sold it earlier.
If that other house has more beachfront, I would've kept the other one and sold this one. And if I were to buy this one, I would've bargained HARD.
