Russia ran its fucking economy into the ground 80 years ago. They haven't produced shit since the AK-47. They are no economic threat. China is a problem. We are the reserve currency that is a great benefit but like my Uncle Ben says "with great power comes great responsibility" Also, the reserve status has allowed the crooked politicians at home to use the world as the lend of last resort. I am more worried about the corruption at home than Moscow and Beijing.
