Unsettled Cash on IB accounts

Can I do this with a cash account on IB?

- starting cash balance is $0.
- Day 1: Sell 100 XYZ for $1000 (settles Day 4). Cash balance $1000.
- Day 2: Buy 100 ABC for $1000.

As far as I know Reg T permits buy on settled cash once, but I'm no sure about IB.

Have you considered calleing your broker for an answer?
