UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), which is in charge of the financial markets and financial services providers in the country, including forex and CFD brokers, announced that from January 3, 2018 it is taking over the regulation of the binary options brokers, as well. Until now, the binary options companies in Great Britain were overseen by the Gambling Commission.

The new state of things would mean that the binary options brokers will be authorized and supervised by FCA, individual complaints will have to be referred to the Financial Ombudsman Service and consumers will have access to the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.

It could be a good idea, almost every binary option broker come out as a scam after 5-6 months. Binary options scam are so common now. It is tough to identify which one is good rather than which one is bad. There are few regulations are available but nothing like FCA level security.

  5. It doesnt even need to be a scam. They paylike 80% on 50/50 bets. You just need to aquire enough new fools every month who press the buttons and the money keeps rolling in. Its really silly but apparently there are enough idiots out there who would go for it, given enough ads.
