this is not a stock. it is an MLP. you buy units of the partnership and the partnership is required to disburse profits back to unit holders. It's a tax and income investment; not a trading vehicle
Yeah but when I read the post, I also looked at CF and Mosaic. They're regular stocks, and their charts aren't the greatest either. Maybe they all produced too much with the cheap natty, and now they're sitting on unsold inventories. I know there was a big push to build ammonia plants domestically about 10 or 15 years ago. Maybe they overbuilt. I don't follow them much, I have traded CF on occasion, but only on momo, I've never listened to a cc.
+100 AT 83.5945. Total position 200 shares. Itching to pounce on it in my 401k..... that profit sharing is incredible. I never knew about this type of thing!
Stock is looking limp and retracing as expected into the 77-82 range. Monthly chart totally called it, with the 20sma directly overhead. Current counts could go anywhere, but I'm holding until I can't take it anymore. No leverage, no averaging down, just letting it decide what it wants to do. Volume spikes usually show an impulse wave, unlike "b" waves which look almost the same. It should be "obvious" by now that elliot wave is more of a mind tickler than a hard decision maker. HSR is the only solution, except when it briefly fails!
Confession time, I added 100 at 77 and 76. Now crossing the break even point when I wimp out and take penniez in profit. Monobrowtrading, get in this thread and berate me a little. I'd be driving maxinger's lambo by now if I could just hold!
