Maybe Uncle Joe should read the transcript of his speech bragging about strong-arming Ukraine into firing a corruption prosecutor with the threat of withholding congressionally allocated aid funds?

Maybe he'll offer to do so one day. As for now, Trump is suggesting he'll read the transcript.
