trading Long Call and Long Put to have same affect as call/put spread?

    Is there a way to trade Long Call and Long Put to have same affect as call/put spread?

    So only long, in spread i need to use Short and Long at same time.

    No, there's no way to have the same effect. That's the whole purpose of a spread.
