How can i protect my loses during premarket hours? Since it's not possible to use the stop loss order, what is the alternative?

  2. If you need to ask, have a coffee. Do some research and development. Do some sport. Wait for the open.

Yes, I heard it best to avoid it at the beginning and I don't plan on trading pre market just yet, just wondering how does it work during these hours, what's the best way of protecting loses

You try to close the trade manually before the market opens to avoid any gap up/down if it's not in your favour and pray that your order gets executed.
