Hi, is it possible to trade signals coming from an index (like S&P500) by using the corresponding future (like the ES-mini)? How about the open of the index? How is it calculated, esp. before 9:35 when many stock have not yet shown a quote? Maybe there are large differences between index an future during that time-period. Thanks. Joe
