I like their software and all and plan to use it again in the future but I just wasn't ready to be committed yet. So I sent them an email stating I wanted a refund after just a few days of use. They gave me the regular routine of asking that I confirm my cancellation. So I sent them another email this time stating "Yes, I want to cancel." (Which turn out to be my folly.) Days later I find out my subscription is still running but I haven't used it at all during that time. Apparently, they just cancelled my recurring subscription without acknowledging my request to get a refund. (You guys following me?) (I sent them an email about this already.) I am just frustrated right now in their customer service to followup emails. I hope they see the mistake and give me the refund.
If they offer refunds, write to credit card company and send your documentation trying to get refund including where on site mentions refunds, and credit card company will contact company sometimes or just give you the credit back.
I am gonna wait for a reply first before taking any action with my credit card company. And yes, they do offer refunds it states on the site. The only trading software that doesn't offer refunds is Stockvision. Btw! I've a lifetime subscription to them if anyone is interested.
They refused my refund since I used their 30% promotion and it was part of their policy? Honestly, tho who isn't gonna use a promotion when it's everywhere to be found? (google, youtube.) Besides, never heard of such an odd refund policy. Usually companies will refund minus the promotion. Felt conned... Anyways, I gave them a load and demanded that I aleast get 14 days idle time back & freeze my account until I open a trading account. They responded immediately and gave me the 14 days back!
