What is interesting is amidst all those bullish "narratives", gold futures just keep going straight up. Didn't even pause.
Don't ever read any of this stuff. Its not intended to make sense, simply to generate clicks. Its not to help you make money, its to help CNBC make money.
I posted elsewhere that the MSM was way too bearish a few days ago. Marketwatch sounded like a gloom-and-doom newsletter peddling survival gear. Everyone was calling Wednesday's rally a bear trap. Lots of 20% corrections have quickly recovered and not turned into real bear markets. I'm not saying that will happen for sure, but it's a possiblity and this is starting to look like a V-shaped bottom.
