    Because if you do that much exercise, you will have neither the time, nor energy to go out, hence, an extraordinarily low likelihood of getting a hangover.

    Sorry, girls, but this ain't no urban myth moi read about on the intramanets. 15 yrs ago, before I was sidetracked by a back injury, I was doing just that. Several months after starting that exercise regime my hangovers went away - poof! And this was in my wild and reckless youth, when I was practically a partying professional. I recall it quite specifically, even commenting about it to friends. I would also barely break a sweat when out and about on the hottest southern summer days, the heat just no longer bothered me. And energy, you wanna talk energy? I felt fantastic.

    It works.
