This forum is quick with the ad hominems but member fleet when confronted or asked to justify their position.
Don't get your panties up in a bunch, I simply pointed out that your "facts" are almost a decade old. From living & working in a major metro area, I can tell you that there is migration from the city to the burbs or smaller towns. The main reason is job loss.
