    Fortunately I have other accounts....

Let me say that the best choice for a trader is to work with at least two different brokers

However the Globalfutures customers service has been good enough to allow me to flatten all the trades in a few minutes

During the past year I tried the GHCO servers, but they were slow

I'd like to retest their servers now, because of the Dome features .....but with Open & Cry (my second broker) I am fully satisfied

    Hi Lorenzo,

That was a frustrating problem for us because we weren't sure what the cause was either for a couple of days. This particular problem affected our overseas clients only. The explanation I've been given is that there was a malfunction in the router that sends orders over the Atlantic. The problem has now been fixed.

Situations like this are bound to arise. This time it affected RCG, but not Goldenberg Hehmeyer who we also work with. That's why we have a large staff here during the trading day to take your orders by phone in the event of system problems like this.

At any rate, I apolgize for the problems. I just wanted to give some kind of explanation.

    Best Regards
