    Hello,

Why is Mar so high compared to Jan and May?

I understand why May is lower. Soy May is way lower than Mar so it's normal we don't have the usual intra crop contango on soyoil but why is Mar so high compared to Jan?

Just bought the Jan-Mar-May fly at -40.

    Is it that unusual?

No. Not at all. It's actually what is happening most years since soyoil is storable and has the same kind of curve than cocoa or coffee. But now, with the inverted curve on soy, it's strange...
