Ya, it's a big cartel. Pharmaceutical and chemical industries lobbied Government to ban drugs - cuts into their bottom line! Why let the trolls grow opium in their backyard when they can be forced to buy morphine from Pfizer, at 50 dollars a pill? Makes much more dollars and cents, for the well-connected. Look into hemp. Enormous industrial use for that weed, which is exactly why the chem giants had it banned. Too much (natural) competition. Good post.
