We all knew that this was the logical next step from the left, yep, thats right, the editor in chief at Breitbart is a racist for putting the video out. Soledad O'Brien is visibly upset that anyone could be going after her messiah. CNN has just turned into a trash news network. Damn video wont embed, here is the link. http://content.bitsontherun.com/previews/ITUgkkVN-svqBtzyp <embed src= http://content.bitsontherun.com/players/ITUgkkVN-svqBtzyp.swf width="640" height="360" allowfullscreen="true" />
Also her definition of "Critical Race Theory" was ripped off of wikipedia, so she didnt even know what it meant when she was telling the guy how stupid he was. Remember when Soledad OâBrien attacked Harvard Law School grad Joel Pollak on CNN this morning? She accused him of a âcomplete misreading of Critical Race Theoryâ after Joel suggested that Critical Race Theory was founded on the notion that the American legal and constitutional system was based on white supremacy. She said that Critical Race Theory had nothing to do with white supremacy. Joel challenged her to come up with her own definition. After an awkward pause, in which she looked briefly like a squirrel on a highway with a tractor-trailer bearing down on her, she smoothly explained: Critical Race Theory looks into the intersection of race and politics and the law. Thatâs about as vague as itâs possible to get â math, under this definition, looks into the intersection of numbers and stuff. But, oddly, she gave almost verbatim the exact definition of critical race theory from ⦠Wikipedia, as RebelPundit points out: Critical Race Theory (CRT) is an academic discipline focused upon the intersection of race, law and power. How did she get the definition? Hereâs a clue â near the end of the interview, she couldnât hear what Joel was saying because âsomeone was talking in my ear, so I couldnât hear what you said.â And, by the way, if Soledad had read a few more lines, she would have read, âFirst, CRT has analyzed the way in which white supremacy and racial power are reproduced over time, and in particular, the role that law plays in this process.â So, oops. But wait, it gets better. According to Ace of Spades, somebody went to Wikipedia and scrubbed the references to white supremacy. The original definition looked like this: Although no set of canonical doctrines or methodologies defines CRT, the movement is loosely unified by two common areas of inquiry. First, CRT has analyzed the way in which white supremacy and racial power are reproduced over time, and in particular, the role that law plays in this process. The new definition looked like this: Although no set of canonical doctrines or methodologies defines CRT, the movement is loosely unified by two common areas of inquiry. First, CRT has analyzed the way in which racial hierarchies are reproduced over time, and in particular, the role that law plays in this process. Soledad â perhaps you should do your research before pretending to be a legal expert, and then relying on the first line of Wikipedia.
An low and behold it turns out soledad was a big fan of derrick Bell, and thats why she was pissing in her panties over the video. This morning during her panel discussion on the Obama tape and Derrick Bell, Soledad O'Brien lost control of her show and became very upset towards Breitbart.com's Joel Pollack. The reason why wasn't disclosed: O'Brien was a huge fan of Derrick Bell. Don't you think O'Brien should have disclosed this, especially considering her behavior towards her guests? http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Journalism/2012/03/08/Soledad OBrien Was A Derrick Bell Fan
Much ado about nothing. And there's Max, trying to navigate the tempest in a teapot. Always there, on the periphery, trying to make something out of nothing. And this from a guy who supposedly doesn't like people resorting to the race card. So when a journalist takes to task an outfit that wants to sensationalize a non-event to comply with its underlying narrative, that means she's "unhinged?" I suppose being a Fox "News" fan, Max is only familiar with softball questions for his darlings. A real genius, that Max.
The video that was released by Breitbart appears to be just the tip of the iceberg of what they plan on airing. I would think that they would save the best for last or at least for late in the summer. It's clear that they will not only be releasing videos/information about Obama but about other Democrats and even Republicans over the next few months. Whether there will be an accumulation of enough material to paint Obama in a racist light strong enough to effect his campaign is yet to be seen. I have no doubt that Obama pursued a racist/socialist/marxist/communist bent during his college years as there is ample information already available with that regard. Is there enough new and existing information to convince many more voters that this is his persuasion and he is pursuing a policy consistent with those beliefs still is the question still unanswered by release of this sole video.
I didn't see anything shocking in that first video. Is there anyone in America who doesn't realize Obama is a hardcore Marxist-Leftist?
I think about 50% of the population thinks he is a centrest for giving them money. Beyond that they close their eyes. We need to open them.
