JPM sells 4,603,386 shares (41% decrease in their position), but realizes a 53% loss.

I don't see JPM and Fidelity on the list. Where did you get that part from?

  3. Snap doesn't seem to be moving in the right direction atm. Besides, their Total Debt/Equity (mrq) 0.41 which I believe they are relying on debt way too much for tech (high growth) company.

Pls correct me if I am wrong.
Their Current Ratio (mrq) 14.29 which indicate they are making enough cash to cover their interest but their return on asset is unavailable (at least on yahoo). How do you find out that their are generating enough cash?

As I said, that is the list of companies who have "completely" liquidated their holdings. JPM liquidated 41% (not 100%).

    JPM's top holdings
They decreased their position in MS by 10%. MS was lead underwriter for SNAP. They also decreased their positions in BLK Blackrock, TROW T Rowe Price, BAC Bank of America, ... who have major positions in SNAP. Banks alone have lost more than $1 billion.

The amount of external manipulation should be telling enough. The stock dropped Q1 by ~25% and they did not enforce a short sale restriction. But, come Q2 when it misses its ER like we all knew it would they enforced a SSR.

According to SEC Rule 201 they enforce a SSR if an equity drops more than 10% from previous close during RTH as def. by NMS 600b64. From $13.50 to $11.80. $BAC, $BARC whip out their price targets of $17 o_O:wtf::p and Drexel Hamiton pounds the table with its $30 target :vomit::vomit::vomit::vomit::vomit:.

Never have I seen so much done to save a POS company. Their desperation has revealed their hand.

JPM had 11,202,277 shares valued at time of reporting to SEC to be $252,388,000.
    The avg price $22.53
    Sells 4,603,386 shares + a few more
JPM has 6,598,891 shares valued at time of new 13F-HR to be $117,262,000.
    avg price = $17.77
    (22.53-17.77)*4,603,386 = $21,912,117 realized loss
    (22.53-11.80)*6,598,891 = $70,806,100 unrealized loss
that's almost a hundred million on only one equity in their portfolio of 2,500+

    FMR LLC
    (22.03-17.34)*18,244,094 = $85,564,800 realized loss
    (22.03-11.80)*15,206,191 = $155,559,333 unrealized loss
a quarter billion dollar loss on stock they are not near as big as JPM.

I have not even begun to calculate this for people like BARC and landsowne UK, companies in the UK. Not to mention that JPM, GS, BAC, BARC have massive call positions.

  5. I believe snap chat is standing at the dead end ... they are worse stock than twitter. imho, they did not liquidate all their position because imo it would make the share price fall substantially. Time for snapchat is ticking fast if they don't offer users some really special feature ; Having said that, instagram is best app in the market so far and that's where FB is making money too. imo, FB is also losing users

I love SSR´s. That´s when "smart investors" usually start to panic....:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

And this crap of a stock still has a market cap of 13,8 billion....according to TWS....

I need to bring this down to 10.000 USD...^^^^
