    Guess you don't know the difference then. Foreign banks don't receive US bailout funds, so by definition Deutsche is not TBTF.

    Sigh. Just because they operate in US and are probably involved in unfair practices isn't really relevant (how many corporations aren't?). You could've just said "I hate banks" and be done with it.
