You don't even have any legal basis for your claims, you are showing a post from 2011 when there was a decision on recess appointments in 2014. How do timelines work? Pack the court, appoint a SC justice during recess - everything is so easy typing on the internet isn't it.

    Ya, do nothing.

Democrats Reach Milestone: 100 New District Court Judges
Democrats have filled more seats on that level than the Senate had by this point in Donald J. Trump’s presidency

Bunch of well to do progs with cushy jobs giving lectures on the internet, it's not their lives on the line. Cornel West will make millions and retire just like Jill Klein

If enough Dem voters demand court packing it can happen imo.Its big enough an issue that that Biden had to tease support of it prior to getting elected. Many candidates who don't support it are going to start losing primaries or reelections.

Doesn't matter with this SC.2 federal courts upheld AA in schools before this SC overturned it.

Then why did Barnes lose if court packing was the issue in 2022?

Biden didn't promise court packing in 2020, and there aren't enough votes for it. Your prog Sherrod Brown doesn't support it who you keep bringing up.

So you are telling me that Biden appointed judges upheld AA and the solution is to make sure Biden doesn't get to appoint SC judges?

    Fantastic logic.

Biden wont get to appoint enough judges to change the court in the next term.I and millions of progs will hold our vote for someone who supports expanding it and fight like hell to do so.

Biden did tease expanding the court. Now that the answer from him is a definitive no we will be voting according for West or staying home.

So instead of 5-4, you want to see the courts at 7-2?

'Fight like hell' = Grandstand, make television appearances and collect donations from gullible progs.

Make sure to make Cornel West a millionaire, he couldn't get tenure so he really needs the money to live large.
