Interviewed by Italian TV Rai1, Zelensky confirmed that Macron has proposed for Ukraine to give up some territory to Russia in order to present a face-saving option for Putin. Zelensky said it’s out of the question. Macron is the one who needs to save his face after this. Macron is an idiot who is afraid. He would give away anything to save his own skin. He should shut up and not interfere in this war. He is damaging Ukraine and the Western countries.
With copy and paste you can "proof" anything. That's the Russian way of proving things. Your story is the result of creativity and imagination. The only thing it misses is a link to reality. You sound like Putin's son.
Many East European countries were kept hostage/controlled by the Soviet Union thru governments installed by them. They got terrorized, stolen, beaten and could not leave their country. The population got fully paranoid by the practice of KGB that promoted people to report traitors. Nobody was safe anymore. Neighbors, or even family members could denounce you and ruin your life. When the Soviet Union collapsed a lot of East European countries tried to escape from the Soviet terror. They asked NATO to become member. NATO never did anything actively to make them member. The East European countries were the requesting parties. The decades of horror by the Soviets caused the run away of all these satellite states. Not a single one of these countries will ever want to go back the Russia. Watch how big the hate and motivation of Polish people is against the Russians that ruined for decades the life of them. Putin now caused the fact that Sweden and Finland will join NATO. The Russians are themselves responsible for all what happened since WW2. Russia made NATO big and strong. All that NATO had to do the last decades,is wait for the next aggression of Russia, and each time new countries begged to become member of NATO. There are still several new candidates struggling to join NATO. So NATO will still grow in future.
'Macron - enemy of democracy!' Fury at 'coward' France & Germany letting Putin 'save face' EMMANUEL MACRON sparked fury after he allegedly told Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky he should find a compromise to allow Vladimir Putin to "save face" and end the war. By Alessandra Scotto di Santolo Sat, May 14, 2022 https://www.express.co.uk/news/poli...r-Putin-Ukraine-war-latest-Volodymyr-Zelensky The French leader was accused by President Zelensky of suggesting there should be an effort to "look for a way out for Russia" in a bid to end the war. Speaking to Italian Rai 1, the Ukrainian President said: "Some European leaders say we need to find a way to Putin. But we don't have to look for a way out for Russia." He added: "I know that Putin wanted to bring home some results and that he did not find it. "But proposing to us to give something to save the face of the Russian president is not correct. We are not ready to save someone's face by paying with our territories, I don't think it's the right thing." As for his conversation with President Macron, Mr Zelensky said: "Proposing to us to give up something of our sovereignty to save Putin's face does not seem right coming from some leaders. It is a waste of time." Tweeting from the Visegrad news official Twitter account, the alliance of easter European countries said: "Interviewed by Italian TV Rai1, Zelensky confirmed that Macron has proposed for Ukraine to give up some territory to Russia in order to present a face-saving option for Putin. "Zelensky said it’s out of the question. "Macron is the one who needs to save his face after this." Commenting on the news, a Conservative party member, Mr M Isery-Guts tweeted: "If this is true, Macron is an enemy of Democracy! Allowing a potential war criminal a chance to save face is a total disgrace. The leaders of France and Germany have been shown to be weak. Nobody should respect them again." The Elysée, questioned about the alleged friction between Mr Macron and Mr Zelensky that emerged from the words of the Ukrainian president, said on Friday that "the President of the Republic has never discussed anything with Vladimir Putin without the agreement of President Zelensky". In addition, the French presidency underlined, Macron "has never asked for concessions from Zelensky. He has always said that it is up to the Ukrainians to decide the terms of their negotiations with the Russians".
https://www.businessinsider.com/put...-stop-ukraine-military-intel-2022-5?r=US&IR=T A coup to overthrow Russian President Vladimir Putin is underway, according to Ukraine's military intelligence chief. The coup is "impossible to stop," Major General Kyrylo Budanov told Sky News. The Russian leader is in "a very bad psychological and physical condition," Budanov said.
I tend to doubt this. It is merely wishful thinking. There has been speculation that Putin would be replaced, but he is so well entrenched with lots of security he would be hard to remove via a coup. We will see how thing go over the upcoming days.
https://theins.ru/en/news/251259 Only about 10% of Russian television workers support the war in Ukraine and believe that Russia is «exterminating Nazis» there. The head of a major Russian TV channel, speaking on condition of anonymity, told The Insider that if any of the countries could offer journalists «acceptable conditions and prospects,» the flow of resignations and subsequent emigration of state media employees would increase manifold. The staff working at one of Russia's many state television channels are well aware of what it is doing and that the rhetoric it is propagating is inconsistent with reality. The head of a major Russian state television channel (anonymously) revealed this to the independent Russian news site 'The Insider'. Barely 10 percent of employees would really support the war in Ukraine and effectively believe that Russia is fighting the Nazis. The rest would participate “so as not to get in trouble”. The vast majority (70 percent) just do their job and want to be left alone. “They don't think about it and just want to be paid at the end of the month. A minority (20 percent) is strongly opposed to what is happening in Ukraine, but sees no other way out than participating," it sounds. “So most of them are not supporters of the propaganda, but participate out of self-preservation.”
