The easiest way to avoid the Russian barriers is to wait till a fully loaded tanker passes under the bridge and the use waterdrones to explode it. The traject that the tanker needs to pass under the bridge cannot be protected with barriers. The explosing tanker will do the job. There is no"waterproof" solution to protect this bridge.
