Well, no surprise here. Rummy's never been one to "work and play well with others" very well. His misguided plan was vetoed 15 years ago, implemented 4 years ago, and is still failing as we speak.

I'm not sure Gates is going to be the "right" guy to replace him. The Dem's may have a problem with him.
