  2. she should just quit? that is the trouble with people like you. you seem to think in black and white. critical thinking seems to be lacking.

    put yourself in the place of the woman. she thinks she has a good job but is just making her bills month to month. she has children and she may even have just bought a car or house and has payments. her supervisor or boss tells her she must sleep with him or lose her job and the support for her children. wtf is she supposed to do especially in this job market?

    He didnt question whether or not the federal government was currently regulating labor relations, he merely pointed out the fact that it is UNCONSTITUTIONAL for the federal government to regulate labor relations.

    Not to forget, within the context that she can call the police and file criminal charges against the person from any state laws - or use the legal system to sue the person and/or the business in court for damages. We don't have to go to the federal level for everything that could take place in our place of work.
